How long is the warranty on BG Berlin luggage?
Most luggage collections come with a 3-year limited warranty. The ZIP2 and Neo Enduro Collection are covered with 10 year warranty.
What happens if my luggage is damaged by an airline?
Damage during transit is not covered by our warranty. In these cases, the airline or carrier is responsible for compensation. We recommend reporting any damage immediately to the carrier upon retrieving your luggage.
If needed, BG Berlin will be glad to assist you by providing any necessary documentation to support your claim with the airline or transport provider.
Is cosmetic damage covered under warranty?
No. Scratches, dents, discoloration, and other cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality are not covered.
